JACK LEAR

Jack is our UK Financial Planning Manager and is responsible for the quality, motivation, and performance of the UK Financial Planning Team.

Experience

Prior to joining The Fry Group Jack worked as a Chartered Financial Planner with St. James’s Place. Before this, Jack held numerous roles with Barclays Wealth Management UK, Barclays International Private Bank and Barclays Corporate. This provides him with a well-rounded understanding of the international financial services sector, the clients that it serves and a practical understanding of Financial Planning. Jack has also held a board role on the NSPCC Birmingham Business Board.

Jack has a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is a Chartered Financial Planner holding several Wealth Management, Private Banking and Financial Planning qualifications.

Since joining The Fry Group Jack has established a small virtual financial advisory team, and is a key member of our corporate social responsibility committee

Outside of work

Away from work, Jack enjoys physical challenge and adventure. Having previously been a competitive CrossFit athlete, you can now find him on long bike rides, exploring the great outdoors, running, and going for the occasional open water swim.
