As part of our Head Office Tax team Melissa provides advice to clients who require UK residence advice or those who are moving to or from the UK. She specialises in two complex areas of tax planning; the Statutory Residence Test and double taxation treaties.
Experience
Melissa joined The Fry Group in 2012 after qualifying as an Accounts Technician. She became a qualified Tax Technician in 2015. She is a member of the Association of Tax Technicians (ATT), managing to complete the course in an enviable nine months.
Outside of work
Melissa is passionate about keeping fit and active, participating in plyometrics, a form of HIIT (high intensity interval training) and weight training – and is a regular visitor to her local gym. She also enjoys cooking, socialising and travelling.
