As Director of our Singapore office, Huw Wedlock is responsible for our continued growth in the Asia region.
Huw joined The Fry Group as Director and CEO in 2018. He oversees an award-winning team providing financial advice to clients in Singapore, championing our core values and ensuring local regulation compliance.
Experience
Huw joined the Financial Services sector as a graduate trainee in 1999. Prior to joining The Fry Group Huw spent 15 years working with financial advisers in multiple jurisdictions. Previously, he worked as a Business Consultant with Skandia UK before the acquisition by Old Mutual, and prior to that he worked for Friends Provident for three years as a business consultant.
During his career Huw has studied with and gained a range of qualifications from the Chartered Insurance Institute, the UK Society of Investment Professionals and the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
Outside of work
Huw and his wife live with their two cats – both of whom were rescued locally. Together they love travelling and keeping fit and enjoy combining the two when circumstances allow.
