Recognition at the International Adviser awards 2020

Our Hong Kong team are very proud to have been announced as winners in three categories at this year’s International Adviser Best Practice Awards. The awards, now in their fifth year, showcase financial advisers who are focused on ensuring best practice in all aspects of their work.

Our successes this year give us an opportunity to demonstrate the values which are so important to us – excellent service, the quality of our advisers and the advice we offer and the importance we place on developing long-term client relationships.

This year The Fry Group has been recognised with the following accolades:

Best Adviser by Region – Europe

This award distinguishes financial adviser firms who have a dependable track-record with continuing success. Our Europe team, based in Belgium, was noted as having a strong client focused approach, solid business strategy and growth as well as excellence in all aspects of compliance and risk management.

Excellence in Business Strategy – UK

Over 2020, financial advisers have needed to respond to rising client expectations, tough markets and enhanced regulation. This accolade was awarded to our UK Head Office team for the work which has been done to build a strong business, driven by a clear strategic vision. In entering we had to show how we’ve developed a three-to-five year strategy, managed in the face of the pandemic and maintained good levels of growth.

Excellence in Marketing – South East Asia

This award recognises that engaging appropriately with new clients and communicating well with existing clients is a vital element of excellent service. Our entry focused on how we’ve adjusted communications to our clients following Covid-19, using webinars and digital technology to keep them well informed and ensuring that the quality of our news and content is relevant and timely.

We are extremely proud of the awards we have achieved over the past few years.
