We are very proud that three of our senior team have been included in the list this year. Jeremy Woodley, our Chief Executive Officer, David Pugh, our Chief Commercial Officer and James Sutton, Director of The Fry Group Hong Kong, are all noted for their significant contribution to the financial services and tax planning sector.
Jeremy has continued to ensure that we strive for the highest standards of advice and professionalism through an ongoing programme of training and development for advisers. He was instrumental in securing our Chartered status as well as positioning us to earn additional accolades including the newly launched CII Gold Standard for Pension Transfer advice, which we were awarded earlier this year.
David heads up our sales and marketing initiatives around the world, working to ensure strong engagement with clients through the use of new technology, regular events and ongoing feedback to ensure our client-focused approach remains at the heart of the business.
James, who has led the Hong Kong office since 2010, has worked in financial services since 1999. He has championed greater transparency in the region, to bring other firms up to The Fry Group’s high standards and has welcomed the significant positive change in the Hong Kong market brought about by commission disclosure.
One key finding in the report is that new technology must be used appropriately, particularly to meet the changing needs of clients. As a business we are committed to harnessing the opportunities which the latest technology offers, for the benefit of all clients
