Supporting the Community
The Fry Group supports St Barnabas Hospices which is comprised of St. Barnabas House, a well established hospice in Worthing providing adult palliative care, and Chestnut Tree House, a children’s hospice near Arundel which meets the needs of children and young people across Sussex.
About St Barnabas
St Barnabas House, opened in 1973, is a non-religious organisation that offers palliative care for patients with advanced cancer and other advanced life-limiting diseases. Having an advanced illness can raise all sorts of practical, physical and emotional issues which affect not only the patient, but their loved ones too. The hospice aims to help tackle these issues, offering expert advice and support along the way.

Chestnut Tree House
Chestnut Tree House is the only children's hospice in Sussex and cares for children and young adults from 0-19 years of age with progressive life-limiting and life-threatening illnesses from all over the county. Families are not charged for their care and the hospice receives no government funding at all, so it relies completely on the generosity, help and support of the people of Sussex.
