The companies within the Group that handle investment matters are regulated in the UK. This means that they have agreed to maintain high standards in relation to both providing you with investment advice, and in administering your investments thereafter.

The Fry Group of companies comprises: Wilfred T. Fry Limited - taxation consultants, Wilfred T. Fry (Executor & Trustee) Limited, Wilfred T. Fry (Personal Financial Planning) Limited, Wilfred T. Fry (C.I.) Limited and Peter Ruddy & Partners Limited. Wilfred T. Fry (Personal Financial PLanning) Limited and Peter Ruddy & Partners Limited are regulated in the UK by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). It is also authorised by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) to conduct investment business in Hong Kong and to act as Financial Adviser under the Financial Advisor's Act (FAA) by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). It should be noted that the FSA does not regulate the non investment services of The Fry Group.

By completing the enquiry forms or Confidential Questionnaire you will be consenting that the information provided can be processed to provide you with advice within The Fry Group of companies. This information will not be disclosed to third parties (with the exception of the necessary processing of business) without obtaining your prior consent."
